This is the last Will & Testament of me Mary jane Bartlett wife of Isaac Bartlett of Brigus Newfoundland written this Thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred & Eleven (1911) I give & bequeath to my son Joseph Bartlett & his heirs my House and all it contains and all property that is in my name at my death allso that piece of property comonly called Roaches garden allso that piece of property across the road oppisite Roaches garden & the old Farm which came to me by lot from the estate of my Father Joseph Bartlett allso my share of the water side premises that came to me from my father Joseph Bartlett I hereby appoint John Wilcox
