Will of Mary Crummey

IN RE:   MARY CRUMMEY.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Mary Crummey, of Western Bay, in the Electoral District of Bay de Verde, Widow of the late James W. Crummey of the same place.

    1. I hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made and declare that this is my last Will and Testament.

    2. I appoint Rev. John W. Winsor, at present of Western Bay, Clergyman, and Elijah Follett, to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament.

    3. I direct my said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

    4. I direct my said executors to pay out of my estate all expenses incurred by them in the probating of this my last Will.

    5. I give, devise and bequeath ALL my real and personal estate, whatsoever and wheresoever, to Samuel Crummey, Nephew of my late husband.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have here under set my hand this 2nd day of July 1921.     MARY CRUMMEY.

    SIGNED by the above named Mary Crummey as and for her last Will and Testament in the joint presence of herself and us who at her request and in such joint presence, have here under subscribed as witnesses.
