Will of Louisa Parsons

IN RE:   LOUISA PARSONS.    DECEASED

This is the last Will and Testament of Louisa Parsons of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland.

Wherein I bequeath to my Mary B. Parsons wife of my Nephew Prescott, that part of the dwelling House which she now occupies and all its belongings. One half the land both front and back, one half the farm, also cart, Sledge

To his son Will, that part of the house which I now occupy both down Stairs and up, one half the land both front and back. One half the barn, should he require it. The small Store South of Dwelling house, also my bed bedding furniture and effects also one Sleigh.

To Gilbert my Bed & Bedding downstairs. When I am gone Prescott is to take possession untill Will returns. Not to be sold or hired clear of the present family.
