Will of Lavinia R. Smith

IN RE:   LAVINIA R. SMITH.    DECEASED

I, Lavinia R. Smith, wife of William Smith, of Cupids Conception Bay Newfoundland do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament.

(I) I do hereby appoint my husband the said William Smith to be sole executor of my will.

(II) I give devise and bequeath all my claim to the property situate at the South Side of Cupids aforesaid, on which we are now living, consisting of the Dwelling house in which we live, Outhouses Shop and Store and the whole of the land on which the said buildings are standing to be his forever.

In witness whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty-third day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Eight after having had all herein carefully read over and explained to me.
