Jno Laughton versus John Warford To recover the Balance of Wages due last season in the sum of ₤19. The parties appeared before the Court when Plaintiff stated by his Memorial he had applied to the Defendant several times for the payment of the above sum but could not get any part from him—Defendant said he had paid him a part. It was therefore ordered by the Court that Defendant do pay the Plaintiff the balance of his account—as the Plaintiff intends going to Ireland and it was further remarked by the Court that if the Defendant did not he would be obliged to abide by the consequences of his remaining in the country. |
