versus

M. Farrell

Michael Farrell was ordered to come before the Court being committed to gaol yesterday for contempt for Court—when he was reprimanded and ordered to find sufficient security for his good behaviour in Twelve Calendar months from the date hereof—himself in Fifty Pounds and two Sureties—John Farrell and Martin Power in Twenty-Five Pounds each—after signing the Bond, the Court ordered that he said Michael Farrell may be dismissed.
