Collins & Moirs

John Trousdel, Master of the Brig Friendship, appeared before the said Court and complained that John Collins, Boatswain, and Thomas Moirs, seaman, belonging to the said Brig or vessel, had feloniously stolen and taken from on board the said Brig Three Bags containing Three Hundred Weight of Biscuit.

(Convicted…39 lashes each, placed back on board brigs, restitution, and costs.)
