Michael Farrell of Spaniard’s Bay

Action of Debt to recover the sum of ₤16.12.1—

Writ issued the 12th returnable this day, the parties being before the Court—

This action was ordered to be postponed to this day week (sic) for want of some particular evidence—in the case in view—as the Plaintiff took out the cause in order to prove why he was refused payment for land sold the Defendant in Dispute with the Plaintiff and John Warford some time past.
