    Joseph Roberts     deceased.

    I Joseph Roberts do will and bequeath to my son George Roberts all my real and personal estate consisting of lands, houses and all personal effects and to each of my other children one dollar each out of my said estate to be paid in hay or potatoes by the said George Roberts witness my hand this 10th day Oct. 1902 Joseph his X mark Roberts witness T.P. Quinton Patience Roberts read over to and signed by Joseph Roberts in the presence of both witnesses T.P. Quinton Incumbent of Spaniards Bay.
