IN RE: JOSESPH JOHNSON. DECEASED
This is the last will and Testament of me Joseph Johnson of Jobs Cove Conception Bay made this Sixth Day of November nineteen hundred and eleven and by this will I annul all previous wills made by me. I give and bequeath to my two sons Noah and William Robert Johnson their heirs or assigns all my real estate lands houses chattels fishing room and property whatever and where ever situated to be equally divided among them share and share alike with the proviso that they agree to share without dispute or envy as both of them shall mutually agree to
Further I charge them both with the care and support of their mother my wife Charlotte out of the property each one to do an equal part towards her support and comfort as long as she shall live. Should either refuse to help support their mother then out of such and ones share Charlotte my wife is to obtain enough to half supply her common want.
Further as long as the old dwelling house remains with its furniture and contents it is the property of my wife Charlotte until my son William chose to take it down to use it in the buildings of another house in that case Charlotte will chose herself which of her sons she will make her home with
