Will of Joseph Emberley

IN RE:   JOSEPH EMBERLEY.    DECEASED

This is the last Will & Testament of Joseph Emberley of Bay de Verde, Fisherman, made this Thirtieth Day of March in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred & Sixteen.

In the name of the Father & of the Son & of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

I, Joseph Emberley, revoking all former wills do will & bequeath to my youngest son Absalom my dwelling house & its contents. All other property whatsoever I give & bequeath to my three sons William James, Stephen Russell and Absalom aforesaid, to be held by them together, & their sons, now or two to be, after them. And I charge my said three sons to look after their mother as I know they will do.

Signed as my last Will & Testament this 30th day of March 1916.

Signed by the said testator as his last will & Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
