In re
John Mitchell deceased. Know all men by these presents that I John Mitchell of Harbor Grace Newfoundland Cabinet maker being of sound disposing mind memory and recollection do make and publish this my last will and testament- I give devise and bequeath all my real estate of whatever description or wheresoever situate and also all my leasehold and other personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, unto my wife Elizabeth Mitchell her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever according to the nature and tenure thereof. It is also my will that my said wife do provide for niece Ellen Mary Donovan until she marries. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Harbor Grace Newfoundland this twenty seventh day of October A.D. 1874. John Mitchell (LS) Signed and sealed by the said testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
