IN RE: JOHN WALL. DECEASED I, John Wall of Holyrood being of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs and directing how the estates, with which it has pleased God to bless me, shall be disposed after my decease, while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my "Last Will and Testament." First I commend my Immortal Being to Him who gave it, and my body to the earth to be buried. And as to my Worldy estate and all the property real and personal, I devise, bequeath and dispose in the manner following. TO WIT. To my wife Bridget Wall I devise, bequeath and dispose all my property real and personal consisting of all my land together with Dwelling house, Barn and all other outhouses thereon. Also all my live stock, horse and cow pigs etc. also all cars wheels and farming implements, to have and to hold same to her or her executors, administrators and assigns forever. And to my daughters Annie Lee and Mary teresa Power I give and bequeath to each the sum of fifty cents to be paid them by the Executors of this my last will and testament hereinafter named. And I do nominate and appoint John A Hannon and Philip Oneill to be the Executors of this my last Will & Testament. In testimony whereof, I the said John Wall have to this my last Will & Testament subscribed my name and affixed my Seal this Twenty first day of November in the year of Our Lord Nineteen hundred and nineteen Sgd.
