IN RE: JOHN TRAPNELL. DECEASED
2. I give and bequeath unto my wife during her natural life, my dwelling house, situate on Harvey Street with household furniture, not otherwise disposed of in my will, and for her comfort and convenience, as well other stock I might have at my death, and after her death said house, furniture and stock and effects I give and bequeath unto my son John Howard Trapnell, at present living in North Sydney, and should he die without issue the said house and effects be the property of my surviving children to be disposed of in manner and form as shall be best agreed upon by them. 3. I also give and bequeath unto my wife to be used for her support and appropriated in the best of her judgment, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars $1500. independent of her own private provision. 4. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter, Grace Trapnell Lindahl the sum of one hundred dollars $100.00 with mahogany spiral mirror and Book what-not and picture, Star of Bethlehem. I also give and bequeath unto the children of my late son William, living in Montreal, between them after making sufficient enquiries regarding their conditions and whereabouts, the sum of one hundred dollars $100.00. 5. I also give and bequeath unto my grand children, Chesley and Harold Spracklin between them. Fifty dollars $50.00.
6. I also give and bequeath unto my grand children Graham, Louisa and Roy Whiteway the sum of Fifty dollars between them. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Gertrude 7. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Susie S. Snelgrove Trapnell, one hundred dollars $100.00 besides round mahogany Centre table and brass skillet, and picture "Mother's Treasures". 8. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Lizzie E. Munn Trapnell the sum of one hundred dollars $100.00 besides my universal Dictionary (4 vols) and hall Christmas picture. 9. I also give and bequeath unto my son John H. Trapnell, the sum of one hundred dollars, $100.00. 10. Should there be a balance or residue of money at my death the same to be divided between between my surviving children, and I hereby nominate and appoint my son John Howard, and my son in law, Robert S. Munn Merchant, to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereto signed published and declared at Harbor Grace, this tenth day of April One thousand nine hundred and twenty three. JOHN TRAPNELL.
