 In re     John Taylor     deceased.

    Carbonear March 13th 1903 Estate of Mr John Taylor     I John Taylor native of Charlottetown P.E. Island, now of Carbonear N.F.L.D. & being weak in body & sound in mind do wish an authorize Hugh Cameron Merchant & James P. Guy both of Carbonear to dispose of the following property owned by me situated at Pond Side. Land with dwelling house thereon and measuring 73 ft by the main road 105 ft East toward Edward Pikes Land and wishes to sell land & dwelling exclusive of work shop & stable or store & a small house to be built for my wife out of the purchase money of the above property on the remaining portion of the land, property, after her death the said property to be sold for the benefit of my Brother Thomas Taylor of Charten I also give the heiss(?) to Mrs Ed. Spencer & the (?)os(??)se to Mrs Frd. Rowe. I appoint the above H. Cameron & J.P. Guy to be my lawful executors John his mark X Taylor. The above being read & explained in the Presence of the witnesses Jabez Pike     George Rumson.
