In re JOHNSTON F. BURROWS: DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Johnston Frederick Burrows of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland, Clerk and Landing Waiter in Her Majesty’s Customs.First I direct that all my lawful and just debts be paid by my executors hereinafter named in the manner they may deem most expedient Second I leave all my goods and chattels, houses and property of every kind soever to my beloved wife Ann Catherine burrows for her own use and benefit to be disposed of as she may think proper and with full power to will and dispose of it as she may wish at her death. Lastly I ordain constitute and appoint Lewis Wilkins Emerson and Henry Tyte Moore both of Harbor Grace aforesaid executors of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed my seal at Harbor Grace aforesaid this twentieth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven, Johnston Frederick Burrows (LS) Certified correct, D.
