1834, Janry 9 – I, John Parsons and
his heirs of Hangman’s Cove, Sculpin Bay, do agree and Mortgage to Mr.
John Tricket of Spout Cove, my house, plantation and fishing room for the
sum of sixteen pounds, for which the said John Parsons and his heirs have
received in cash and other value.
Given under our hands, Spout Cove, 1834, Janry 9. John Parsons (x his mark) (seal) Witness John Raby witness to the seal being put hereto I hereby certify that the execution of this Instrument of which this page contains a true and literal copy, was acknowledged before me by John Parsons the elder, party thereto on the seventh day of September at 11 a.m., and the same is hereby actually registered by me this day.
