In re JOHN B. PARSONS: DECEASED. This deed witness that I John B. Parsons of Harbor Grace Newfoundland do give grant and bequeath to the saide James Bradbury of Harbor Grace Newfoundland the son of Isaac Bradbury of Harbor Grace Newfoundland i do give grant and bequeath to the said James Bradbury of Harbor Grace Newfoundland a house and garden witch i hoce and garden i now lives in but he is not to take possion of it until the death of me and my wife then he is to take full possion of all. This is my last will and testament sealed and sine d in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy.Witness his mark. John B. Parsons his X mark.
