Will of John Goss

In re JOHN GOSS: DECEASED.

This name is spelled Goss and Gosse in the will, and Goss in the wills index.

Know all present that me John Goss of Spaniards Bay do give & bequeth to my son Bartholomew Gosse all my right & titel of land property belonging to me in the said Spaniards Bay to be his hand his hieres for ever after my decease what I cleard out of the woods with a dwelling house hand seler hand all that apertaineth to it is to be his & theres for Ever both on the north & south of the road his to be his & thiers For Ever no person or persons his to have no claim only those that I do frankly hand freely gi ve hand bequete it to Now this my last deed & testament in my sober hand solid senses I do make allso all the rest of the family I do cut of to a shilling     Giving under my hand this the elevent day of Febuary in the year of our Lord 1874 the said John Goss his X mark Witness William Gosse,     Witness, George Noseworthy his X mark
