This is the last will and Testament of me John Giles of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland General Trader - I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary Ann Giles all my land dwelling House and other Houses and erections of which I may die possessed or entitled to also any and all schooner or schooners or other vessels with all their gear and furniture also all money of which I may die possessed or entitled to also all my household furniture goods chattels and effects also any other property goods debts chattels and effects of which I may die possessed or entitled to - all and everything - I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Mary Ann Giles and I hereby appoint my said wife Mary Ann Giles the Executrix of this my said will.
