In re John Ezekiel deceased. I John Ezekiel of Hr. Main Fisherman being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this as my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made I hereby appoint John Mullowney executor of this my last will and Testament. I hereby bequeath all I possess consisting of Dwelling house and out houses horse and horse gear and all my land both inside on Hickeys road and outside, to the Catholic Church at Hr. Main for the spiritual benefit of myself my wife Brigid my father, Michael, my mother Johanna and my son John In witness whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this the Twenty first day of October one thousand nine hundred and eight (sgd) John his x mark Ezekiel Signed sealed and acknowledged by the said John Ezekiel in the presence of us who in his presence, at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) William Parsley (sgd) John Kennedy Certified correct,D.
