In re John Byrne deceased. Brigus Conception Bay Newfoundland June 14th /75. I John Byrne of Brigus Conception Bay Fisherman finding myself bodyly sick and weak giveing up this world affair. I am giveing my beloved wife Mary Byrne all my right title and interest during her lifetime But after her decease she is disposed to give it to one of my heirs whom she may deem fit But if she marry again she is casted from all forever John his X mark Byrne.
