Will of John Bishop

IN RE:   JOHN BISHOP.    DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me John Bishop of South Side, Cupids Conception Bay, Newfoundland I give and bequeath to my only son William Maddox Silly Bishop all my property house land stores fishery requisites and all my personal effects other than Cash in hand or in the Bank.

After the payment of all, debts legal and other expenses I direct that all monies of which I am possessed be divided into eight equal shares among my said son and my seven daughters, each to share and share alike.

I appoint my said son William Maddox Silly Bishop to be my sole Executor. As witness my hand this Twenty eighth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten John Bishop In the presence of George Henry Field & Wm Bishop
