Will of John Bennett

IN RE:   JOHN BENNETT.    DECEASED

I John Bennett of Holyrood make this my last will and testament, I leave all I possess to be equally divided amongst my wife Mary and my sons Patrick and John.

I will and direct that my wife Mary have my house and cabbage garden whilst she lives and after her death the land I will to her house etc to be equally divided between my two sons Patrick and John.

I will and direct that my wife give to my daughter Mary Kelly should at any time she require it, suitable portion of her share of land to build a house on.

I will and bequeath my Horse etc to my two sons Patrick and John.

JOHN his X mark BENNETT Signed sealed and delivered in our presence this Eighteenth day of September 1905
