Will of John Fitzgerald

IN RE:   JOHN FITZGERALD.    DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of John Fitzgerald of Carbonear, Newfoundland, Farmer.

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife, Bridget Fitzgerald, her heirs and assigns absolutely for ever, hereby appointing her the sole executrix of this my will.

I hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 1st September 1925.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by said John Fitzgerald, as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof.
