Will of Jessie E. Seymour

In re: JESSIE E. SEYMOUR. DECEASED.

This is the last will and Testament of me Jessie Seymour - widow of the late Judge Seymour of Harbour Grace.

All of my other Wills are hereby revoked.
I appoint my adopted daughter Florence Severn to be my Executrix.

I give devise and bequeath to my adopted daughter Florence Severn - wife of the Rev. F. Severn, Rector of Petty Hr. and her heirs for ever, all my estate real and personal, money in Government Saving’s Bank, and money invested in the office of Squires and Curtis and also shares in the Harbour Grace Boot and Shoe Co, and all my goods and chattels to be hers and heirs for ever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I the said Jessie Seymour have, to this my last Will and Testament, subscribed my name this twenty second day of March in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Twenty four. JESSIE SEYMOUR.

Signed by the Testatrix and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present, at the same time, who at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses.
