Will of Jephthah Snow

In re: JEPHTHAH SNOW DECEASED.

The last will & testament of me, Jephthah Snow, of Bay Roberts, who, being of sound mind, do hereby revoke all former dispositions of my property, and do will & bequeath as follows-

To my daughter Zipporah Mercer I bequeath the sum of one dollar ($1.00) To my son, James Snow, I bequeath all the land owned and occupied by me, the house in which I live, and all the outhouses pertaining to the homestead, to be his and his heirs or successors forever; on condition that he shall provide a home and maintenance for my wife, Grace Snow, as long as she lives, or until she marries again.

The above provisions are to come in force immediately after my decease. And I hereby appoint John Snow (Abner) and Philip Snow to be executors of my estate as aforesaid. Witness my hand at Bay Roberts, Nfld, this eleventh day of May, 1914. Sgd. Jephthan his X mark Snow In presence of us as witnesses, - William Grimes John Snow Philip Snow
