James Young deceased.
Spaniards Bay July 22nd 1905 Know all men by these Presents, that I James Young, Fisherman of Spaniards Bay Conception Bay Newfoundland, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and Testament.
First. I leave and bequeath to my wife Susannah Young and my son Moses M Young my house, shop & store with Furniture &c. &c. therein to be used jointly, and in case they want to use each half, separately, my wife to have the choice, she desires to use, and all revert to my son Moses M Young or his assigns or heirs after my wifes death.
I also bequeath to my son Moses M Young my fishing craft and all gear in connection therewith, also my horse harness carriage, carts &c and all my personal effects not mentioned in above statement, for his own use and benefit with all my land and property I may have in my possession with all rights and privileges thereto belonging
Secondly I bequeath the sum of four dollars to my son Josiah Archibald Young, and Four dollars to my son James Young, to be paid to them by my son Moses M Young, out of the Crop from land
Thirdly I appoint my son Moses M Young to be the Executor of this my last will and Testament (sgd) James Young (LS) Signed. Sealed and delivered by James Young as for his last will and Testament in presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other and in his presence subscribed our names witness (sgd) W.
