In re JAMES PIKE of Francis. DECEASED. This is the last Will and Testament of me, James Pike of Francis of Carbonear, in the Island of Newfoundland. I will devise and bequeath all property by me possessed, both real and personal, to my wife Susannah Pike, and I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint the said Susannah Pike Executrix to this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirtieth day of March in the year of Our Lord, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five. JAMES PIKE of Francis. Signed by the said james Pike of Francis the Testator, in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence and the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses.
