Will of James Kelley

In re: JAMES KELLEY. DECEASED.

I, James Kelley do hereby certify that I am sole owner of all I possess And also that I hereby give to my wife Johanna Kelley all I possesses with the exception of the sum of five dollars 5.00 that I agree to give to Voilet Brown wife of Samuel Brown of Henry
My land situated at Bay Roberts River Head, Dwelling House, Shop, Store, Barn and all out houses & all contents of same and everything situated thereon I agree to give to the above mentioned wife Johanna Kelley
And also that portion of land left to me by my father situated at Coley Bay Roberts Coleys Point and every thing contained there on I agree to give to my wife Johanna Kelley

All monies in Banks and out of Banks all I posesses I agree to give to my wife Johanna Kelley
Also my fishing room situated at Smokey Tickle Labrador traps gear of same Trap Boats and every thing connected therewith I agree to give to my wife Johanna Kelley
My wife to come into possession of all the above mention articles after my death & also Voilet Brown’s part to be passed over to her after my death
