Will of Jacob Snow

In re: JACOB SNOW. DECEASED.

This is the will of me Jacob Snow of North River Conception Bay N.F.L.D. I give and devise all my estate and effects real and personal over which I have any power of disposition by will unto my grandson Ephraim Snow absolutely and I appoint Edward Curnew executor of this my will, and I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils. My estate consists of my dwelling house, land, cleared and uncleared on the north side of the river and bounded as follows:

On the east N.N.W. From the sandpit, on the south by the river, on the west by Robert Landers land and on the north by my son James Snow’s land. Also a piece of land on the south side of the river, and bounded as follows on the east by an old woodpath, on the south by a hill, on the west by a brook and on the north by the river. Dated this Twentieth day of January one thousand nine hundred and two. JACOB his X mark SNOW
