Will of Isaac Snelgrove

In re: ISAAC SNELGROVE. DECEASED

This is the last will and testament of me Isaac Snelgrove of Lower Island Cove in the District of Bay de Verde, fisherman I hereby give devise and bequeath to my daughter Jessie Snelgrove all the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of which I die possessed and in particular these two pieces or parcels of land situate at Lower Island Cove aforesaid owned by me in fee simple together with the Dwelling house and other erections upon that piece of the above two pieces of land known as the "front" land, to hold the same forever.

I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and appoint my aforesaid daughter Jessie Snelgrove together with my daughter Rosalie Spencer, wife of Levi Spencer to be the executrix of this my last will and Testament Dated at St. John’s this 13th day of November 1907 Isaac his X mark Snelgrove Signed by the said Testator (by making his mark thereto) as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Levi his X mark Spencer Roselliy Spencer R.A Squires
