Will of Isaac Dawe

In re: ISAAC DAWE. DECEASED

Memorandum In the name of God Amen I Isaac Dawe of Seal Cove (on the south shore of Conception Bay) in sound mind do make my last will and testament, and do give and bequeath to my four sons George, Henry, Stephen, and Jonathan, all my land, George and Jonathan the western part, to a big rock, Henry to the next point East, and Jonathan and Stephen to the next point, all I possessed and used myself the land and dwelling house, and all within it and stable and two sheep to my son Jonathan Isaac his X mark Dawe. Signed in his presence after being read to him Witness Charles Dawe Henry X Lear
