In re ISAAC BATTEN. DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me Isaac Batten of Bareneed Conception Bay, Newfoundland.

I give and bequeath all the money that I have in the Royal Bank of Canada, St. John’s to my nephew William John Barnes of Topsail and I appoint the said William John Barnes executor of this my will, in witness, whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of March One thousand nine hundred and twenty three. ISAAC his X mark BATTEN

Signed by the said Isaac Batten, the testator, in the joint presence of us, who, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
