In re ISAAC BATTEN. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Isaac Batten of Bareneed Conception Bay, Newfoundland. I give and bequeath all the money that I have in the Royal Bank of Canada, St. John’s to my nephew William John Barnes of Topsail and I appoint the said William John Barnes executor of this my will, in witness, whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixth day of March One thousand nine hundred and twenty three.
