Will of Isaac Earl

IN RE:   ISAAC EARL.    DECEASED

In The name of the Father son and Holy Ghost, Amen I, Isaac Earl of (John) being sound in mind and memory do on this 29th day of September in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and ten, make this my last will and testament as follows:- To Stephen Mercer of Jas I give my dwelling House stabels Seller, and out houses and Land cleared and uncleared Except twenty feet of land I will to Edward Snow, ten feet South of his house, and ten feet west of his house. I will Stephen Mercers son Abert the bead I use, and bead clothes, beadsted, my watch, and Box. And I also will to the saind Stephen Mercer of Jas my horse wheels and cart, and all my house furnuter and effects. And I appoint Azariah Russell (of Wm) Executor of this my last will and testament and I charge him to see its provisions be faithfully carred out Isaac is mark x is mark Earl of John
