Will of Henry Corbin Watts

In re: HENRY CORBIN WATTS. DECEASED.

In case of an accident to me I wish and desire that the farm and all its contents are to be handed over to my brother H.J. Watts, he to take full and sole control of the same, also the business, and to pay all my just debts and see that all parties who owe me money be made pay; let no person escape without making some recompense. I also give him my policy in the New York Mutual Insurance Company, and to my brother Theodore J. Watts family I give my insurance policy in the Canada Life, the proceeds to be invested for them, and it is my wish and desire that they be brought up as Methodists. Their mother to have no control of the money H.C. Watts. Jany. 20/03.

Correct, Charles H. Emerson Registrar of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland
