In re In the name of God Amen. Know all men by these presents that I Henry Taylor of South Side Harbor Grace Conception Bay Island of Newfoundland being sick in body but of sound mind and understanding Do make this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all other wills and testaments by me at any time I will and bequeath to my son John Taylor and his heirs the whole of my estate on the south side Hr Grace bounded on the north by the water on the east by the late John Munn’s land on the south by John Taylor’s land & on the west by John Gillard’s estate with house stores and flakes and all that are on the said estate and authorize and appoint John Taylor Executor to this my last will and testament. As witness my hand this twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy one. Henry his X mark Taylor. Witness, William H. Webber, Jonathan Noel.
