In re: HENRY GOSSE. DECEASED
Know all men by these presents that I Henry Gosse of Harbor Grace Newfoundland Master Shipwright being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made
(1) I will bequeath and give to my wife Theresa Gosse the Lands Dwelling House store and outhouses now occupied by me Situate on Victoria Street also the Dwelling House and Land Situate on Lilly’s Lane at present occupied by Thomas Sheppard during her natural life and from and immediately after her death to my three children Josiah Gosse Ronald Gosse and Ellen Catherine Gosse share and share alike for ever.
(2) All the money I may be possessed of or in Bank at the time of my death I will bequeath and give to my wife Theresa Gosse for her use during her life whatever may be remaining at her death to my children Josiah Gosse, Roland Gosse and Ellen Catherine Gosse share and share alike In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name at Harbor Grace Newfoundland this Twenty seventh of January A.D. 1899 Henry Gosse Signed published and declared by the said Henry Gosse as and for his last Will and Testament in presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto William Ward Henry F Fitzgerald
