In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost amen I Henry Beasant of Bay Roberts Conception Bay, Newfoundland being sound in mind and memory do on this thirty-first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five make my last will and Testament as follows:-

I give to my nephew George Pepper all that I die possessed of, land clear and uncleared, house and outhouses cattle and all my belongings to be his forever I will also that the said George Pepper support and maintain my wife Annie Beasant during the period of her natural life.

And I appoint the said George Pepper and John R Carivan as executors of this my last will and Testament and I charge them to see it faithfully carried into effect. Henry Beasant.
