Will of Henry Beasant

IN RE:   HENRY BEASANT.    DECEASED

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost amen I Henry Beasant of Bay Roberts Conception Bay, Newfoundland being sound in mind and memory do on this thirty-first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five make my last will and Testament as follows:-

I give to my nephew George Pepper all that I die possessed of, land clear and uncleared, house and outhouses cattle and all my belongings to be his forever I will also that the said George Pepper support and maintain my wife Annie Beasant during the period of her natural life.

And I appoint the said George Pepper and John R Carivan as executors of this my last will and Testament and I charge them to see it faithfully carried into effect. Henry Beasant. Signed sealed and delivered by the said Henry Beasant in our presence and in the presence of each other this thirty-first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five witnesses James Bell Incumbent Willis L.
