IN RE: GEORGE NEAL DEAN. DECEASED I will devise and bequeath all the furniture and household utensils in the dwelling to my son Matthew Dean. I will devise and bequeath to my grand children, in equal proportions, after a sufficient sum is taken for my decent burial and a tomb stone, all monies of which I shall die possessed In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty-ninth day of November Nineteen Hundred and Twenty. GEORGE NEAL DEAN. Signed by the said Testator, George Neal Dean in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses. Henry N Powell John S. Mills I, George Neal Dean of Carbonear do make and declare this to be a Codicil to my last will, which will bears date the Twenty-ninth day of November, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty. I will devise and bequeath that piece or parcel of land situate North of the Virgin Spring, and bounded on the West by Hounsell's land, on the East by the Main Road, on the North by a cliff and on the south by the main road to my four sons in equal proportions. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty-ninth day of November, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty. GEORGE NEAL DEAN. Signed by the said George Neal Dean, the Testator as a Codicil to his last will in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses Henry N Powell John S. Mills.
I, George Neal Dean of Carbonear, Newfoundland do make and declare this to be a Codicil to my last will, which will bears date the Twenty-ninth of November, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty. I will devise and bequeath the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars and also the fifty dollars which I have invested in the Masonic Hall to my son Matthew Dean, the said One Hundred & Fifty Dollars to be deducted from the monies herein mentioned as being bequeathed in equal proportions to the grandchildren. I will devise and bequeath to my niece, Ida May Evely a share in the aforesaid monies herein mentioned is being bequeathed to the grandchildren an equal proportion as that which shall be received by each of the grandchildren.
