Will of George Mugford

In re     GEORGE MUGFORD.     DECEASED. I, George Mugford of the Town of Clarkes Beach - being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time by me made.

    I hereby appoint William John Anthony to be the executor of my Will.

    I hereby direct my said executor to pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

    I hereby give devise and bequeath to my Bro Jonathan Mugford my Horse and country land situated at Big Hill.

    I hereby give devise and bequeath to my daughter Charlotte Ann the wife of John Moore my house and all outhouses my Bed & Bedding my money whatever is left after my burial and all my personal estate of every kind and description absolutely forever.

    In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 23rd day of May, 1924. Signed Sealed
