This is two certyfie I, Fritz Grimm sane in mind make this my will and testyfie that I have 830 dollars in the Bank of Novasotia on Interest and 200 dollars of a Mergent and the property of John Cody and life Insurans in the Masonic Insureans Club in St. John’s also the same in Harbour Grace and C.B. Sosety Hans land & property in Molistet Recondet & Registant in my name and Hear children first my wife is I should decease befor her she will receive 200 dollars and as statet in the dispossiter book in St. John’s and Harbour Grace C. Deilev(?) will receive 200 dollars Maria Davis the same if the 100 dollars is not paid back she will get one hundred Otto E will get 200 dollars and will take charge of all my efects property and make arrangements for the same with his brothers and sisters if they should return too H. P. Hans A. Grimm will receive 200 dollars this is too say how I stand in Finans now should ther be any difference at my desese it will be settle eqale.
