Will of Florence Beatrice Smith

In re: FLORENCE BEATRICE SMITH DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Florence Beatrice Smith, wife of Robert John Smith of Cupids, Conception Bay.

1. I hereby revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament.

2. All the property of which I die possessed of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate I give, devise and bequeath to my said husband, Robert John Smith, to be held by him in trust for the support, maintenance and education of my infant daughter Mona Isabel Smith.

3. I also give, devise and bequeath to my said husband to be held by him in trust for the purpose aforesaid, all the property of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate which may at any time after my death become payable to my personal representatives. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at Cupids aforesaid, this 17th day of April 1915. Florence Beatrice Smith. Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who, in her presence, at her request and in the presence of each other, have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses Benjamin Smith fisherman Cupids.
