Michael Farrell versus John Gosse – by his wife Elizabeth Gosse This was a complaint made by Plaintiff against the Defendant for trespassing on his premises situate in Mint Cove, Spaniard’s Bay, sometime in April last. Parties appeared and the court, having heard what they had to adduce— It is therefore ordered that the Arbitrators (one present Robert Gosse) so view the said premises, and see if any encroachment has been made by Plaintiff as stated by the said Elizabeth Gosse since they, the said Arbitrators, last fixed the boundaries as for their report bearing date the 3rd May 1822 and to report to the Court by Thursday next, the 8th instant.
