In re FANNIE BUSSEY. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me Fannie Bussey of Port de Grave in the Electoral District of Port de Grave Married Woman. First: I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me. Second: I appoint George Dawe of Port de Grave aforesaid to be the sole Executor of this my will. Third: I give and bequeath unto the Church of England at Port de Grave aforesaid whatever sum remains unpaid at the date of my death of the moneys loaned to the said Church by me. Fourth: I give devise and bequeath all my estate whatsoever and wheresoever situate not hereby otherwise specifically disposed of unto the said George Dawe absolutely but subject to and charged with the care and maintenance of my daughter Mary Bussey during her lifetime and the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at Port de Grave aforesaid this 15th day of February in the year of Our Lord One thousand Nine hundred and Twenty three. FANNY BUSSEY. SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the above named Fannie Bussey as and for her last will and testament in the joint presence of herself and us who at her request and in such joint presence have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses at Port de Grave aforesaid this 15th day of February, A.D. 1923.
