Janes deceased I Eliza Janes of Grates Cove Bay-de-Verde Nfld being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to-wit :- First I give, devise and bequeath all my property and estate to Absalom Thistle to have and to hold to him and to his heirs and assigns forever Second :- I nominate and appoint Absalom Thistle to be the executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of October AD 1910 Eliza Janes [LS] Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for her last will and testament by the above named testator in our presence, who have at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other signed our names as witness thereto Josiah Janes Vi Cooper X Correct Charles H.
