The last will of Elizabeth Ross
late of Harbor Grace widow deceased. This is the last will and Testament of me Elizabeth Ross of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland. My funeral documentary and other expenses and debts are to be first paid I give and bequeath to Revd’s. Joseph Murphy, John Lynch and Felix McCarthy sixty dollars to be divided equally between them for masses for the repose of my soul I give and bequeath to my son Harrison Ross, after the foregoing is paid one third of the balance of the proceeds of the sale of my land and dwelling thereon and furniture I give and bequeath to Lesley Croucher on third of the same I give and bequeath to Susie Thomey of Mosquito one third of the same I hereby appoint William J. Lynch of of Harbor Grace executor of my estate and declare this my last will and Testament at Harbor Grace this 7th day of October A.D. 1904. Elizabeth her X mark Ross (LS) signed sealed and delivered in presence of J.G. Lawton C.G. Kennedy Jr. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Elizabeth Ross. D. M.
