Will of Elijah Trickett

 In re     Elijah Trickett     deceased.

    This is the Last will and Testament of me Elijah Trickett of Spout Cove in the District of Bay-de-Verde Newfoundland Fisherman I give devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Trickett of Spout Cove aforesaid all the estate property and effects of any kind soever of which I may die possessed and also all my interest in lands goods chattels or effects or any codfishing gear or boats or dories or traps or fishing room or houses furniture or all or any or every interest in or to all any and every estate property or effects unto my said son Thomas Trickett also my interest in horse carriage cart and gear thereto belonging also my cow stabling hay and everything thereunto appertaining unto my said son Thomas.
I hereby revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last will and Testament and I appoint my said son Thomas as sole executor of this my will at Harbor Grace this 4th day of April A.D. 1902 Elijah Trickett     Signed published and declared by the said Testator Elijah Trickett as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other all present at the same time have hereunto our hands subscribed as witnesses M A Kearney     Mary Thomey
