Elijah. Last will of, Feeling myself to be near the end, but in sound mind I make known this my last will and testament. My fishing room situated at Burnt Head I wrote to be kept for the use of the three sons. The dwelling house and store For the use of Thomas Frederick and Elias Abdid(?). My share of the cellar to be given to the above sons until such time as they shall have built a better one. The new stable for Thomas Frederick. The old stable for Elias Abdid. My land here in Burnt Head to be equally divided between Thomas Frederick and Elias Abdict(?). my money in the Savings Bank $350.00 Three hundred & fifty dollars I leave to my wife Susannah for her own and the children’s use also I leave to her full charge of the cattle and all property whatsoever not mentioned in the above (Signed) Elijah Bishop (LS) this 4th day of February 1905 In the presence of us James H.
