Last will and testament This is the last will and testament of me Elijah Badcock of French's Cove. Bay Roberts. in the electoral District of Harbor Grace, Newfoundland. I devise and bequeath to my wife Caroline Badcock my house and land, also the sum of $400.00/100 (Four hundred dollars). after her decease said land to be equally shared by my two sons, Richard and Elijah.

I devise and bequeath to my son Elijah, the two traps and two boats and all my fishing gear, and appoint Mr. Solomon French sole executor hereof In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seven.
